Small Group Multiplication
One of the ministries that we are very active with is small group multiplication. Using the best practices found in the Discipleship Multiplication Movement (DMM), our team trains nationals in how to start groups that grow churches. We partner with national churches, pastors, and leaders to help them develop a small group ministry that continually reaches the lost and disciples them.
English For Life
English for Life is a ministry that our team created to use English to have Gospel conversations with people. Each Wednesday we have 30 to as many as 50 people in our apartment who desire to learn and practice their English. We use various topics based around holidays or themes of interest to create a fun and challenging time together. We regularly bring the Bible into the topics each week in an attempt to expose people to the Gospel. Several of the teachers from Kyiv Christian Academy help lead groups and games for English for Life.
Stories of Hope
As people become interested in knowing more about Christ from our English for Life group, they are invited into a “Stories of Hope” group. These groups use stories from Scripture to help bring people to Christ. We use stories that help relate the message of salvation in an orthodox context. Generally the groups are kept small so that they can be more personal and develop closer relationships with each other.
